Kodama

Kazuaki Tomida (Arranged: Kaori Kubota-Sakauye)

Kodama, meaning echo, is an arrangement of an odaiko drill by solo artist and former Kodo-member Kazuaki Tomida, arranged into a beginner performance piece by Kaori sensei. It has a long version that includes an intro section and a short version that excludes the intro section. It is typically performed with two sections, chudaiko and odaiko, along with a shime backline.
